Congratulations to Reneé Williams who received the Outstanding Extension Associate Award from the Kentucky Association of State Extension Professionals (KASEP) at their annual meeting last week. This is an annual University of Kentucky and Kentucky State University Cooperative Extension Service award and the competition is significant. The award is based upon the quality, quantity and impact of work contributing to the excellence in Extension. Reneé is an integral part of Forestry Extension, playing a critical role in a wide range of programmatic efforts several of which have won regional and national awards. She has also contributed at the Department of Forestry and College of Agriculture, Food and Environment level. We are very pleased that the awards committee was able to recognize Renee’s contributions.
