Current Research Projects

  • Pre-WNS habitat assessment of bats during late summer and autumn in Yellowstone National Park
  • Fire management and habitat quality for endangered bats in Kentucky’s Mammoth Cave National Park during the swarming and staging periods: predator-prey interactions and habitat use of bats threatened by White-Nose Syndrome
  • Roosting and foraging behavior of Rafinesque’ big-eared bat near the northern limits of the species range
